As head of Quality Engineering at Credit Karma, Stephanie oversees a team — which she built out herself — of engineers focused on developing quality and security standards adopted by the company’s engineering organization, which makes up more than half of Credit Karma’s workforce. Mike Clark has been working in IT industry for over 25 years is a QA Engineering Manager at iSpot.tv, managing the resources, architecture, and planning for their front end and back end testing activities, as it pertains to the home site, as well as customer analytics site. His management responsibilities include but are not limited to manual, automated, and API testing, as well as coaching their QA staff on their development goals. He has a love for software testing and all things that encompass the amazing profession. Outside of the office, Mike continues to be a student of testing, learning new testing techniques, practices, and methodologies providing more opportunities for him to coach his team on the latest and greatest, as well as to conduct proof of concepts to see if what they’ve learned can bring value to the work they are doing today.
